2. Services Offered
Dynamic VA Group provides a range of virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:
- Virtual Assistant Services: Customer support, email management, calendar management, task reminders, data entry, and file management.
- Social Media Management: Content creation, social media engagement, and managing interactions with followers.
- Executive Virtual Assistant Services: Includes all virtual assistant services plus research, drafting documents, and more advanced general administrative tasks.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear, detailed instructions and the necessary tools or access for the Virtual Assistant (VA) to perform tasks effectively.
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information shared with their VA.
4. Payment and Billing
- Services are billed based on the pricing structure specified on our website. Payments are due as outlined in the invoice.
- Payments can be made through the methods agreed upon at the time of contract initiation. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
- Dynamic VA Group is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All VAs sign non-disclosure agreements to protect client data.
- Clients should clearly mark any information they consider confidential.
6. Security and Prohibited Activities
- Dynamic VA Group prohibits VAs from handling any financial tasks involving client bank details or making payments on behalf of clients using their financial information. This is to ensure the highest level of security and prevent unauthorized access to client finances.
- Any request for a VA to perform such tasks will be declined, and repeated requests may lead to the termination of the service agreement without a refund.
7. Communication and Availability
- VAs are available during agreed-upon working hours and communicate through preferred channels such as email or instant messaging apps (WhatsApp, Skype, Slack).
- Dynamic VA Group is not responsible for delays or missed communications due to technical issues or client unavailability.
8. Service Modifications
- Dynamic VA Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services, with reasonable notice provided to clients.
- Clients may terminate their agreement if service modifications do not meet their needs.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, as specified in the contract.
- If the client breaches these terms, Dynamic VA Group reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
10. Liability
- Dynamic VA Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Amendments to Terms
Dynamic VA Group may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
